Are You Ready to Play — and Change the Way You Think About CKD and CVD?
A new kind of learning experience is here — one that challenges nephrologists to rethink chronic kidney disease (CKD) not just as a renal disorder, but as a marker of cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk. In this fast-paced, game-based challenge sponsored by Boehringer Ingelheim, you’ll test your clinical instincts, sharpen your knowledge, and see how your understanding stacks up against peers across the country.
You’ll play once — a single round designed to deliver insights that matter. Each question you answer earns points and badges as you rise on the leaderboard, while highlighting the latest thinking around CKD’s role in cardiovascular health. It’s a concise, evidence-based experience that takes just a few minutes to complete but leaves a lasting impression.
Built for busy professionals, the game is self-directed and flexible — you can start anytime, pause if needed, and return right where you left off. Most importantly, it’s a fun, competitive way to gain new perspectives on the role of CKD in cardiovascular health.
Click below to begin the challenge. It only takes a few minutes to play — but what you learn could change the way you think about every patient with CKD.
ALBUMINURIA: An Important Factor in Early Detection of CV Risk
This five-minute Ask The Experts video reveals how albuminuria can help identify a blind spot in CKD and related risk assessment—uncovering hidden vascular damage in the cardiorenal system using a UACR test.
